Tales of a waitress who escaped the restaurant industry and then discovered a desk job kind of blows - so I put the apron back on. And I deliver pizza because getting paid to drive around listening to music is pretty awesome.
I've had one table in the last hour, but Bitter Divorced Man just will not cut the floor. I don't know what he's afraid of, it's so damn dead in here. Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile
This was way back in the day, and we only had four or five waitresses in the dining room and we rotated 'early' nights, It was a given that the 'early' girl would be 'off' to do side work and finish her parties by 8:30 -9:00 depending on business. Of course, none of us left early, we stayed and drank. The place was like a little clubhouse to the help and the customers, Heck, I met my husband there :D
