I hate these types of orders! If one person orders water (or hot water) I always ask the other person if they'd like one too, to save myself some time. I cannot stand the person who says, no, I'm OK, and when you come back with the first person's water they say, you know what? Why don't you go ahead and get me a water too! I wish I could say, no, you missed your opportunity to get a water; that window has closed. I've never understood the hot water business either. Lol! God Bless.
I had someone order the glass of hot water one time because they were extremely particular about their silverware and basically washed their already clean silverware at the table.

A, I really hope not, since I think they were mother and daughter! Even if not, though, yikes!
I think the one ordered water because it was "cold" because of the A/C; but then why the ice water? Some people are just nuts.
