Nobody was fun at all tonight!

I had only six tables (I was a first cut and had campers), and they were all boring! Nobody wanted to joke with me, nobody was rude or funny or noteworthy at all. Bah! How am I supposed to maintain a blog with customers like that?

We've got some ridiculous changes about to take place. Our new vice president of our division is all about "building late night business!!!!" so we're going to be open at hour later every night starting in March. To try to bring people in, we're going to be doing shit like bingo, poker, maybe even fucking karaoke. I cannot express to you how fucking retarded this is in the town I work in, and in the restaurant I work at. I don't even want to think about it. Here's a homicidal ferret.

Yes karaoke sucks, but I would be more afraid of the blue hairs and bingo crowd. OH man that sucks.

Don't you just love when the bigwigs make these stunningly stupid decisions? Hope for your sake it doesn't stick [but man, imagine the blog fodder heehee]

Please come join my Valentine's Day giveaway, please?

These ideas are terrible. The only thing that will increase is labor cost , utility expense and things like that. Hey I know why don't they make it like an arcade too and try to make money from pinball machines and video games? Arrggghhh.....

You should be excited because, as we all know, people who come in at midnight are always so polite, order well, and tip big.

SkippyMom, I doubt the blue-hairs are going to be hanging out in my restaurant at midnight and one a.m. At least I hope not. The stupidest thing about the bingo thing? There's a bingo parlor across the parking lot from us ...

Oh, Waiter E, I forgot to mention they're getting a Wii for the store too, apparently. Close enough to an arcade .... if I have to listen to drunks play Guitar Hero I just might start drinking myself.

NativeNapkin, I'm trying to keep that in mind. ;) I think thw orst part might be Lapdog and CL at one in the morning or later on weekends ....

There is nothing worse than karaoke. Omg. Trust me from experience, it is something you DO NOT WANT in your restaurant >.<
