I know they've got to be out there, but I can't seem to find them! All the call center blogs I've found are either serious ones about corporate policies and shit, or from bloggers who haven't written in a year or more. So if you know any, hit me with the links!

Customers Suck is still around - not particularly call centre based but still there.
