Okay, okay, I hear you! :)

I'll keep blogging! Would hate to disappoint ya'll! I do have some stories from the call center, but I also don't have real Internet access yet and tethering through my phone is a serious pain in the ass.

But, I do have a tidbit from the restaurant. CL fired somebody over a freaking voicemail last night.

YAYYYYYYYY! ::skippyhappydance::

And typical CL.

I know what you mean by trying to blog by phone. I did it for a month and I think I managed two [very short] posts. lol Big PITA.

Have a great week. Hugs!

You are a wonderful writer. I hope that you keep writing. What makes your blog interesting isn't your job but your perspective on the people that you meet. There are lots of 'waiter blogs' around, there are very few whose authors are genuinely good writers.

Thought of you and your blog last night when I was sat next to a family with three screaming kids. The parents were oblivious...the dad seemed so worn-out and all the mom could say was "that is inappropriate" when one of the kids would scream or pull their tenth tantrum of the night. The kids were running, full speed, throughout the restaurant the entire time...when they werent spilling things or fighting! The little boy (Langston, whose name I heard twenty times) took off running and smacked right into a waiter carrying a stainless steel pitcher. He fell to the ground and went into melt-down mode when he hit her. I almost lost it when the manager came to the table to apologize!! I had to speak up and tell him that the waiter was not at fault and it was the kid's fault, totally! Surprisingly enough, the manager said he was fully aware of what was going on, he was just being nice. I cannot understand why these people would put themselves or their kids (or the public) through this ordeal. If they cannot behave, then stay home or get a sitter. I wonder if the poor father went home and drank himself into oblivion? So miserable....
